Online Scheduling is fast and convenient. Here are some commonly asked questions before booking.
Question: What if I do not see any available appointments for the days and times I want to come in?
Answer: If you do not see any appointments available online for your specific dates or times then please click on the "Add to Waitlist" button just below the calendar view. You can choose your dates, times and therapist preference easily. We will promptly get back to you as any changes or openings become available. Keep in mind we may also reach out to you with an existing appointment to shift times in order accommodate these needs ( It's not a perfect science but we do our best ).
Question: What if I want to book for someone other then myself?
Answer: If you are booking for someone else using your own information please put their name, contact information and any special notes you want us to know in the booking notes section for us to see. All notifications are sent to the name and contact info of the person who is booking the appointment so please only use emails associated with the name on the appointment.
Question: Why do I have to "set up an account"?
Answer: An "account" is just another word for sharing basic contact information to utilize our booking system. We take the same info over the phone as we do online, its quick and easy and you only have to set it up once. This makes scheduling in the future or purchasing gift certificates streamlined.
Question: Why do I have to put my credit card info in when booking?
Answer: Our booking and credit card processing system is through Vagaro which require's to "capture a credit card" one time to guarantee we can provide you with a service at your request and to maintain our "no show" policy. This is encrypted and we do not see any personal information on our end. You are not charged at the time of booking and you can choose another payment method at the completion of your service.
