Hudson Valley Body Works was established as a solo practice in historic uptown Kingston's Stockade district in 2004 by a young Kingston native Michelle Renar. Throughout the decades the practice has organically grown due to the level of attention, expertise and care provided to the community by Michelle and her carefully selected crew of talented Massage Therapists. The Mission of HVBW is that massage and body work can be many things. One thing it should never be is unattainable. As body workers and recipients, we know how important it is to keep your body in tune. Treatments are professional, individualized; you are listened to and time is spent on assessing and educating. We intend to continue providing a community of people a service that is valuable on many levels. We love what we do and are blessed to be able to share.
